An SEO agency that measures visibility in AI answers, not just rankings
People find companies differently than they did two years ago. They ask an AI assistant, read what it recommends, check reviews, then search. We work across all of it: organic search, the answers AI systems generate, and the signals that decide which businesses get named in both. And we measure each separately, because assuming one follows the other is how agencies end up reporting progress that produces nothing.
Where customers find you
The problem this solves
Search traffic has been falling for many businesses even where rankings held steady, because more searches now end without a click. Meanwhile a growing share of buyers start somewhere else entirely.
Traffic is down but your rankings have not moved much
You rank well for terms that never turn into enquiries
Competitors with weaker products are easier to find than you are
An AI assistant does not mention you when asked to recommend a company like yours
Your last agency reported traffic and keywords but never revenue
You have no idea whether SEO is working, only that you are paying for it
What our SEO work covers
Search strategy
Which searches actually matter for your business, which of those you can realistically win, and in what order. This is where most engagements are won or lost, and it is the part most often skipped.
Technical SEO
The foundations: how your site is structured, how quickly it loads, whether search engines can crawl and understand it, and whether the data it exposes is accurate. Our engineering team handles this rather than a marketer working through a checklist.
On-page and content
Making individual pages genuinely answer what the searcher wanted, with the structure and clarity that both readers and AI systems can follow.
AI search visibility
Tracking how often your business is cited by AI assistants for the questions your buyers ask, then working on the things that influence it. This is closer to reputation and PR than to traditional optimisation: it depends on content quality, third-party mentions, review signals and technical clarity.
Authority and third-party presence
Earning mentions and links from places that carry weight, including the sites and communities AI systems draw on most heavily when forming a recommendation.
Local and multi-location search
Where a business is found depends on where it operates. For companies with several locations, this is a coordination problem as much as an optimisation one.
International and multi-market search
Different countries, different languages, sometimes different search engines and buying behaviour. We research each market rather than transplanting a strategy that worked elsewhere.
How SEO has changed, and what that means for you
Three shifts are worth understanding before you buy SEO from anyone.
Fewer searches end in a click.
More results are answered on the page itself. Visibility now means being the source that gets summarised, not only the link that gets clicked.
Original expertise is being rewarded and generic content is not.
Recent algorithm changes have favoured first-hand experience, original data and clearly attributed authorship, and penalised content produced at scale without it. Publishing volume is no longer a strategy.
AI assistants are a discovery channel in their own right.
They do not work like search engines. Some weight recency heavily. All of them lean on reviews, third-party mentions and consistency across sources. This is why our SEO and reputation work overlap.
A note on the terminology.
You will see agencies selling AEO, GEO and AI SEO as separate products. Most of what they describe is the same work: making a business genuinely authoritative and easy for machines to understand. We do not treat it as a separate line item. We do treat it as a separate measurement.
How we work
Diagnose
A full audit of technical health, current visibility, competitive position, and how AI assistants currently describe your business. You keep the findings regardless of what you decide.
Instrument
Tracking, attribution and baselines go in before any optimisation work begins. This is deliberately out of order compared with most agencies. Without a baseline, later improvement is a claim.
Fix the foundations
Technical issues, site structure, indexation, page speed, and anything preventing existing content from performing.
Build visibility
Content, authority building, third-party presence and ongoing optimisation, prioritised by what the diagnosis showed rather than by a standard package.
Prove and compound
Monthly measurement against the baseline, in business terms, with an honest account of what did not work.
How we measure it
Rankings alone tell you very little. These are the numbers we report:
Qualified organic traffic
Qualified organic traffic, separated from branded search.
Enquiries and conversions
Enquiries and conversions from organic, not sessions.
Commercial rankings
Rankings for the searches that actually produce customers.
AI citation rate
Citation rate across major AI assistants, measured against a defined set of buyer-intent questions and tracked per market.
Share of visibility
Share of visibility against named competitors.
Technical health
Technical health scores and their direction.
Revenue influenced
Where your systems allow it, revenue influenced by organic search.
What to expect, and when
SEO is slower than paid advertising and this is worth being honest about before you commit.
Diagnose and build the baseline
Audit, instrumentation, and technical fixes. Little visible movement.
Early movement begins
Foundation work completes, early ranking movement on lower-competition terms, technical improvements register.
Meaningful change
Meaningful traffic and enquiry change for most businesses, depending on competition and starting position.
Compounding
Compounding. Authority built earlier makes later work cheaper.
The exact pace depends on competition and starting position. The point of the baseline is that progress can be measured against where you actually started, rather than against a generic promise.
Common questions
01 How long until we see results?
Most businesses see meaningful change between month four and month six, with earlier movement on less competitive terms. Technical fixes can register within weeks. Competitive markets take longer. We will give you a realistic view after the audit rather than a number now.
02 Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. Search results are not ours to control. What we can commit to is a defined method, a recorded baseline, and honest reporting about what moved and why.
03 Is SEO still worth it if AI is answering everything?
The channel is changing rather than disappearing. Fewer searches produce a click, which makes being the cited source more valuable, not less. The work that makes a business worth citing is largely the same work that makes it rank. What has changed is that you now need to measure both.
04 What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
Mostly labelling. AEO and GEO describe optimising for AI-generated answers rather than ranked links. In practice the underlying work overlaps heavily with good SEO. We treat it as one discipline with two measurements.
05 Do you write the content?
06 Can you work on our site if it was built by someone else?
Yes. Most of our SEO work is on sites we did not build. If the platform is limiting what can be achieved, we will tell you that early rather than working around it for months.
07 What happens to the work if we stop?
The site improvements, content and authority remain yours. Rankings usually hold for a period and then decay as competitors continue.
